The unique characteristics of this grand street, its width and dimensions have allowed for the creation of some of Ximenez’s most significant and spectacular projects in its history. From a light tunnel that illuminates the entire length of the street to a recreation of the Malaga’s cathedral in the form of light, which was an architectural milestone.

Another major achievement of Ximenez Iluminación was the Christmas Forest, which decorated Malaga’s festivities for several years and became an essential part of the Christmas lights of Malaga.

Numerous 13-metre-high, pointed arch-shaped trees that occupied the entire Larios Street, alongside the various decorative elements and light and sound shows created for the structure, made these lights an iconic symbol of Malaga’s Christmas lights and Christmas in Spain.

In 2022, Larios Street unveiled a new Christmas lighting project, a Celestial Choir composed of 16 angels, each 4.5 metres tall, held by 12-metre columns, which shine to the beat of music and create a unique and special atmosphere.
